Warm, glowing and richly detailed, this wide bowl pairs a sunny golden orange border with a ring of red lotus petals and a cool turquoise centre. Crowded raised daisies in orange, white, sky blue, yellow and burgundy circle the rim. Inside them, heart-shaped red petals, outlined in fine white dots and scrolls and filled with golden tulips, frame a turquoise centre ringed with fine white lace. At the heart, a burgundy and orange star surrounds a white sunburst, scattered with tiny black dots. A black rim frames the inside.
The pattern is painted in raised, textured detail, so you can see and feel every petal and dot. Every bowl in our collection is handmade and hand-painted in Turkey, and no two are alike. This is a one-of-a-kind piece, and you’ll receive the exact bowl shown in the photos.
At 30cm, it’s a generous centrepiece for a dining table, console or sideboard, and it also looks lovely on a shelf where the pattern can be admired from above. It makes a memorable gift for a housewarming, a wedding or anyone who loves handmade art. This is a decorative piece only.
