Bursting with colour and detail, this wide bowl pairs a bold red border with a glowing turquoise that deepens to cobalt blue at the centre. A ring of lotus-shaped panels, outlined in fine white lines, is filled with hundreds of tiny raised flowers in orange, yellow, green, sky blue, burgundy and white. Golden tulips and curling swirls frame the red border, and at the heart a white lace mandala surrounds an orange sunburst. A black rim frames the inside, and the outside is a vivid red fading to turquoise near the base, scattered with white dots and little green flowers.
The pattern is painted in raised, textured detail, so you can see and feel every petal. Every bowl in our collection is handmade and hand-painted in Turkey, and no two are alike. This is a one-of-a-kind piece, and you’ll receive the exact bowl shown in the photos.
At 30cm, it’s a generous centrepiece for a dining table, console or sideboard, and it also looks lovely on a shelf where the pattern can be admired from above. It makes a memorable gift for a housewarming, a wedding or anyone who loves handmade art. This is a decorative piece only.
